Comfrey, Yarrow, Sage, Rosemary, Chamomile, Calendula, Lavender, Rose Petal, Kelp.

Pour one cup of near-boiling water over half a cup of our Perineum Herbs in a non-metal vessel, and allow to infuse for 10-15 minutes (or until the infusion is cool).

Once the infusion has completely cooled, pour it into your Peri Bottle and keep it next to the toilet. Gently squirt the liquid onto your perineum while you’re urinating to help prevent stinging and to jumpstart the healing process naturally.
