Flourish Tea was born from our own lived experiences as women and mothers. We understand the sleepless nights, the anxious moments and the longing to feel truly nourished. Co-founded by Jodi, a single mother, doula and gifted gardener. Hannah, a tender-hearted mother with a deepening connection to herbal knowledge. Flourish Tea is more than a business. It is the embodiment of our lives, our challenges and our devotion to creating something meaningful for women everywhere.

For over three decades, Jodi has walked alongside women as a doula, supporting them through pregnancy, birth and the tender seasons of postpartum. In those early years, she saw a clear need: quality botanicals that truly nurtured women, lifted their strength and provided nourishment beyond empty promises. Long before the shelves became crowded with brands and marketing buzzwords, Jodi began blending herbs with intention, testing, and refining recipes to meet the real needs of the women she cared for.

What began as a love-fueled hobby slowly turned into a calling. On the floor of her bedroom, with notebooks, herbs and endless pots of tea, the foundations of Flourish were laid. Months and months of trialing formulations with small groups of women eventually revealed the blends that delivered what mattered most balance, comfort and genuine support.

Today, every Flourish Tea blend is still created in Australia in small batches to protect nutritional potency and ensure uncompromising quality. Our formulations are holistic, drawing on traditional herbal wisdom while being guided by modern insights. Each tea is designed to support women through every season of life from fertility to pregnancy, postpartum, breastfeeding and menopause.
