We’ve included Red Raspberry Leaf and Shatavari a dream-team for toning up your uterus, along with a gorgeous mix of complementary herbs found to be helpful in preparation for breast milk production.

Drinking Raspberry Leaf daily in the second and third trimester is reported to shorten the length of active labour due to Raspberry Leaf toning the uterine muscle fibres in preparation for birth.

One heaped teaspoon per cup

How long?
If you like your tea robust (like us!) brew for about ten minutes. If you prefer your tea a little more low-key, let it brew for five minutes or so. Our herbs are of such high quality that you’ll be able to use them again for a second cup – so don’t throw them out after the first brew!

For the serious tea drinkers -
To get the most from your tea, brew overnight and drink chilled during the day. The longer brewing time lets you in on even more of the herbs’ health benefits!
