We’ve blended a nurturing collection of herbs, including a few Ayurvedic favourites, traditionally used to encourage breast milk production and help restore balance, strength, and ease to your body and mind.

We only use the highest quality certified organic herbs. These herbs have been used for generations to support mothers before, during, and after pregnancy. The quality of our herbs enhances their reported therapeutic value and ensures a delicious tea you'll look forward to drinking.

How much?
One heaped teaspoon per cup

How long?
If you like your tea robust (like us!) brew for about ten minutes. If you prefer your tea a little more low-key, let it brew for five minutes or so. Our herbs are of such high quality that you’ll be able to use them again for a second cup – so don’t throw them out after the first brew!

To get the most from your tea, brew overnight and drink chilled during the day. The longer brewing time lets you in on even more of the herbs’ health benefits!
