The gorgeous herbs we’ve chosen to create this delicious all-rounder, are known to promote a more balanced and harmonious path through times of hormonal flux.

Being a woman can be challenging at times. PMS, menstruation, cramps, swollen breasts, fertility, and hot flashes – from the time we hit puberty all the way through to menopause, our bodies and minds ride a constant wave of hormones. It’s not always easy!

How much?
One heaped teaspoon per cup

How long?
If you like your tea robust (like us!) brew for about ten minutes. If you prefer your tea a little more low-key, let it brew for five minutes or so. Our herbs are of such high quality that you’ll be able to use them again for a second cup – so don’t throw them out after the first brew!

To get the most from your tea, brew overnight and drink chilled during the day. The longer brewing time lets you in on even more of the herbs’ health benefits!
